Our galleries below illustrates recent capital investment projects we have recently undertaken with Cambridge-based developer Laragh Homes. We started out partnering on three schemes which were very different – one is a small development of 7 traditional style houses in Foxton, a contemporary scheme of 14 luxury apartments in Water Lane, Chesterton, Cambridge and 13 new homes at Great Abington. As a result of the commercial success of these projects, Houghton Homes have now purchased a share of Laragh Homes and Andy Houghton has been appointed to the board.
